The look when we told Oliver that ELMO came with us on our trip Up North to Michigan! He could scarce take it in! Needless to say, it sure made the drive so much easier! Yeah for ELMO!
We were so excited to get back to MI this summer after having missed it last year (due to moving to Jville!). So neat to now share it with Oliver and Addie Beth. Here we are in Leland's Fishtown--dinner at The Cove overlooking the dam into Lake Michigan. I had the best whitefish ever along with a great bottle of Fishtown White.

A trip to the Leelanau Peninsula is not complete without a hike up to Pyramid Point. So fun to take the kids with us. Last time we were here, Oliver was in Mommy's tummy and now we brought 2 with us! We sure have been busy since summer 2007!!

Here's to 8 years as Mr. and Mrs. Andrew B. Jones! To celebrate, we got a dinner out, kid-free, thanks to Beth and Mike! We had and amazing dinner at North. And, we spent our anniversary night out at The Homestead Resort in Glen Arbor while B&M had Oliver for an overnight at Mike's parent's place just minutes from the resort. Thanks so much, B&M! We got to be Andrew and Polly for awhile.
